Cookie Policy | Pelikani

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, others help us understand how it is used. Browser local storage (localStorage) works the same way and is treated as a cookie in this policy.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary and functional cookies are always set, because without them the site does not work properly: signing in, protecting forms and remembering your language. None of them track you across other websites. Analytics cookies are set only if you click "Accept" on the banner.

2. Cookies we use
Name	Purpose	Duration	Type
`pelikani_session`	Keeps your session: signing in and multi-step forms.	120 minutes	Strictly necessary
`XSRF-TOKEN`	Protects forms against forged submissions (CSRF).	120 minutes	Strictly necessary
`remember_web_…`	Keeps you signed in if you choose "Remember me" when logging in.	400 days	Strictly necessary
`lang`	Remembers the language you chose.	30 days	Functional
`cookiesAccepted`	Stores your cookie choice so the banner does not appear again. Kept in localStorage.	Until you clear it	Strictly necessary
`property-…-viewed, service-…-viewed`	Counts a view of a listing, agent or service only once a week per browser. Holds no personal data.	7 days	Functional
`_ga, _ga_…`	Google Analytics: counts visits and pages viewed, statistically.	2 years	Analytics, with consent only

3. Third-party services

Google Tag Manager loads on every page, but with Google Consent Mode it sets no analytics or advertising cookies without your consent.

Maps on property pages load from Google Maps; when they load, Google sees your device's IP address. Fonts are served from our own server. Icons load from cdnjs (Cloudflare), which sees your IP address but sets no cookies.

4. How to change your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, we delete any analytics cookies already set. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the strictly necessary ones, you will have to sign in again.
