About Pelikani
Pelikani is a real estate platform for Kosovo. Owners and agents list apartments, houses, commercial spaces and land for sale or rent, and buyers contact them directly — no middleman, no commission for the seller.
What Pelikani does
- Property listings across Kosovo, with photos, price, floor area and a map location.
- Direct contact with the owner or agent: phone, WhatsApp, Viber or a message on the platform.
- Free listings for owners and agents, with optional packages for more visibility.
- A blog with market data: apartment prices, rents, mortgage rates and building permits.
How agents are verified
The “Verified” badge appears only on agents whose phone number and licence Pelikani has checked. Listings are published by the owners and agents themselves; Pelikani does not check them one by one, but removes any listing reported as inaccurate or abusive.
Any conversation on the platform can be reported and any user can be blocked. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Who runs Pelikani
Pelikani is built and run by a small team in Fushë Kosovë. The platform is in Albanian and English, for home seekers in Kosovo and for the diaspora.
